David Morris, Esq.
Mr. Morris is a respected national lawyer in the business immigration field, with particular emphasis in the EB-5 visa programs. Since 1993, Mr. Morris has represented domestic and multinational businesses, as well as professionals, in a wide range of immigration and visa matters. During his 17 years of experience as an immigration attorney, he has guided approximately 200 foreign nationals in the EB-5 visa program. In addition to his direct expertise preparing and filing EB5 entrepreneur applications to the USCIS, Mr. Morris also has a very strong knowledge of consular affairs with US Department of State. Ms. Brunner is a businesswoman who has worked on numerous types of real estate and financial transactions over the past 12 years. She has negotiated on behalf of and participated as investor, owner, and developer for various real estate transactions. In the past 6 years Ms. Brunner's responsibilities have included negotiating the disposition of over 1 million square feet on behalf of DC government and placing more than $350 million of equity for Fannie Mae as a member of their national equity group. David M. Morris is a co-owner of EB5 America and a respected national lawyer in the business immigration field, with particular emphasis in the investor visa programs. Since 1993, Mr. Morris has represented domestic and multinational businesses, as well as professionals, in a wide range of immigration and visa matters. During his 15 years of experience as an immigration attorney, he has guided approximately 200 foreign nationals in the EB5 investor visa program. In addition to his direct expertise preparing and filing EB5 investor applications to the USCIS, Mr. Morris also has a very strong knowledge of consular affairs with US Department of State. He has traveled extensively to Asia and Europe to represent investors during their visa interview at different US Embassies. In the past two years, he worked closely with the State of Vermont and petitioned the USCIS to amend the existing "Vermont Regional Center;" his efforts resulted in the USCIS authorizing the successful EB5 America -Sugarbush Fund, LP program.
Angelique Brunner
Ms. Brunner is responsible for sourcing and structuring all job creation partnerships for DCRC. Ms. Brunner brings 14 years of experience as a business woman to DC Regional Center. In her career she has placed debt and equity for opportunities ranging from workforce housing to resort communities.
Most recently, Ms. Brunner was a member of the national acquisitions team for the equity group at Fannie Mae where she was responsible for over $350 million of new equity commitments to affordable housing, production of more than 1400 units across the country and more than $200 million of total development. While at Fannie Mae, she authored underwriting and affordability guidelines for affordable housing.
In addition to her background in real estate, she has evaluated private equity investments. Ms. Brunner focused on early stage and growth investments and was responsible for sourcing and valuing companies for Core Capital. She advised portfolio company management on strategy and assisted companies with additional capital raises.
Ms. Brunner's background also includes government advisory and service. Ms. Brunner was a consultant with Public Financial Management, a financial advisory firm to the public sector. At PFM, she placed $2 billion in public financing and clients included the City of Philadelphia, U.S. Virgin Islands and Beverly Hills. In 2003, was recruited from the private sector to join National Capital Revitalization Corporation (NCRC), a public private partnership responsible for the disposition of Washington DC's vast multi-billion dollar land portfolio, as their finance director. At NCRC, she contributed to the disposition and redevelopment of more than 1 million square feet of the downtown. In 1994, Ms. Brunner was a charter member of AmeriCorps, the domestic PeaceCorps.
Ms. Brunner is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
Ms. Brunner holds a Master in Public Policy and a Certificate in Urban Planning from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University a B.A. from Brown University.
