Who is DCRC

DCRC is focused on successfully helping immigrants achieve permanent residency using EB-5.

The DC Regional Center ("DCRC") is owned and operated by DCRC, LLC, a Washington DC limited liability company. The DCRC was approved by USCIS in April 2008.

DCRC is approved by USCIS to provide capital to job creating new commercial enterprises in the hospitality sector and mixed-use real estate. DCRC partners with experienced development and operating partners with demonstrated regional and national track records.  

How does DCRC create success for the Immigrant Entrepreneur?

•Experienced Management — DCRC is operated by a seasoned team of real estate and immigration professionals with a strong EB5 success record;

• Targeted Employment Areas — All projects are located in "Targeted Employment Areas" which reduce the minimum capital contribution to $500,000 per entrepreneur;

• Successful development partners — Our commercial partners are successful regional and national developers will millions of square feet of built projects;

• Government participation — DCRC seeks opportunities that receive government financing subsidy so that our capital works together with government in partnership. Many opportunities are built on government owned land;

• Experienced Capital Partners — all projects include capital from developers, capital markets and commercial debt providers. DCRC participates with institutional funding partners to share responsibility for full project funding;

• Satisfy job creation — DCRC counts direct and indirect job creation on all projects.
